Beautiful Puerto Del Carmen
Fabulous, comfortable and well situated apartment. Gorgeous views.
Apartment contact was easy to deal with and our stay went very smoothly, we will hopefully be booking again later this year.
Good sea view but property needs some work. Nice pool on the complex.
Pros: Comfy sofa. Washing machine. WiFi. English TV. Good location in Old Town for supermarket and bus stops. Great hot shower. Oven. Balcony furniture. Some spices, oil and salt etc available. Safe.
Cons: Noisy at times from other apartments. Very little food prep area in kitchen. No colander. Frying pan old with loose handle. Fridge was diabolical, falling apart. Only a couple of plug sockets. Fan was filthy. No base for umbrella on balcony. No welcome pack of milk, tea, water which doesn't cost alot but means you care about your guests. Little touches mean alot. Sometimes took a long time for a reply to messages.
Not sure we'd stay at this apartment again but the complex seemed ok.

Had a very nice stay in this lovely apartment only issues were the lack of communication from owner asked 4 times if there was anywhere to leave cases as we didn’t fly home until 9pm was ignored every time also cleaner arrived at 10am saying check out was 10am when it clearly states 12 mid day on checkout tab on site
There is no where to leave cases had to wait around pool with cases as the area is very hilly there are also no toilets to use and no where to get changed had I known all of this i would have booked an extra night
There is also quite a lot of steps to get to apartment so if you are not able to do steps find somewhere else to stay

Little Gem!
We had the loveliest of stays. The apartment is very well equipped, with amazing sweeping views of shops, sea and mountains.
The booking process was simple, and Cian is a splendid host who will do all he can to assist you.
Can't fault the place, and would love to return again in the future!

Really enjoyed our time here. The apartment and pool area was lovely and people friendly. The only complaint o have is that the fridge is urgent need of replacement as it is basically falling apart but did keep things cold . Otherwise great.
