In one of the most privileged residential areas of Dénia, with a southwest orientation that provides ideal sunshine during the winter, this villa, built in 1999, features high quality fixtures and fittings and a glazed terrace that can be adapted as a conservatory or additional dining area. From here, there is access to an attractive and bright living/dining room. The house offers two bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, a bathtub and a practically new fitted kitchen.

The exterior of the property features spacious natural stone terraces surrounding the rectangular-shaped pool. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, a toilet with independent access from the outside and a brick barbecue, providing a pampered environment to enjoy the outdoors. The garden, with a charming pergola, offers an extensive lawn and ensures privacy from the adjoining neighbors.

We would like to inform you that all bookings do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service of bed linen and towels for only 20 €/person. Would you like to book this additional service or would you like to bring your own bed linen? We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.

Internet is available free of charge and electricity will be charged at 0,30 €/kWh after your departure. On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and note the reading and the same on the day of your departure.
There is also a rental deposit of 200 € by cash/card
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
