Rent fladt i fantastisk beliggenhed til sightseeing, butikker, restauranter med parkering!

Lejligheden er ca 55sqm i stueetagen (ingen sikkerhedsproblemer) med en stue og spisestue, et soveværelse med dobbeltseng, et køkken og et bad / brusebad. Lejligheden kan rumme 2-5 personer, da der er en sofa / sofa, som kan bruges enten som en dobbeltseng eller 2 singler, der passer til dig med også mulighed for en Air seng eller barneseng til en eventuel 5. person.

Der er en kingsize seng (150cms bred) i soveværelset med masser af hængende og lagerplads. Lejligheden leveres med Eygptian Linned og frotté og et veludstyret køkken, bør du beslutter dig for at spise i!

Der er også et bad med en tur i brusebad.

Køkkenet er godt udstyret med en mikroovn, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler maskine, en opvaskemaskine og køkkenredskaber.

For mere end 2 gæster er der et tillægsgebyr på £ 25 per person per nat, som inkluderer alt linned og håndklæder

Great Upscale Launchpad

My 18 year old son and his best friend stayed in the flat for four nights as part of a high school graduation trip to Europe. I was looking for an upscale apartment in a safe area that was reasonably priced and conveniently located for exploration of London. The flat touched all those bases and was exactly as advertised.

Simon, the owner, was very responsive and arranged for the boys’ airport transport to the flat from Heathrow. He was also very prompt with returning our damage deposit.

Belgravia is a great neighborhood with plenty within easy walking distance. Based on the experience my son had, I would not only recommend this property, I’d be happy staying there myself.

An easy comfortable stay in central location

The apartment was private, clean, usefully stocked, and located in a safe, easy location. The rooms are a decent size with room to settle in: you can live a normal life with your stuff put away. The kitchen has the tools you need to cook. Two grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute walk. Multiple tube stops, coach stations, and train stations are within 10 minute walks. We rolled suitcases from Victoria Station without any great effort in 15 minutes. We traveled all over London on the tube always knowing the apartment was easily reached when we were done for the the day. Hyde Park, Harrods, and a lot of other posh shopping areas are all close enough to walk to. Communication with the owner and manager was fast, check in was easy. I have rented apartments all over the world through this system and this one was one of the top two I've rented. (The other top one was at a beach, in January, so hard to beat.) I highly recommend this apartment.

London Spring Adventure 2018

Just wanted to pass along our sincere thanks to Simon and Sadhick.

We were a party of 5 travelling with my 84 year old mum and rented both the upper and lower flats. The flats were perfect for our needs. Clean, spacious, and tucked away off the main drag , so it made for a great retreat after many busy days of exploring.The neighbourhood was also very quiet at night and felt extremely safe.

The location is also convenient to the Sloane Square underground and many great restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Sadhick also arranged for a pick up and drop off at Heathrow which made for a stress free arrival and departute.

A terrific expereince from begining to end. This was a milestone trip for our family and the flats definitely helped make it one to remember fondly.

Perfect little flat in a perfect location

My husband and I have rented several flats in London over the years, but this one was our favourite, bar none. Small but efficiently laid out, spotlessly clean and with lots of storage space so we could spread out comfortably during our three-week stay. The driver picked us up at the airport, carried our heavy suitcases, explained everything we needed to know and ensured we were connected to wifi. Simon was efficient in his dealings with us, even saying yes to a small party to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. Wonderful surprise, a bottle of Veuve Clicquot was waiting for us in the refrigerator!

Location cannot be beat. Quiet little mews, but walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and both Sloane Square and Knightsbridge tube stations. The only negative is that all windows are frosted except in the living room, but that is a minor quibble in the overall scheme of things. We will stay here again and happily recommend it to our friends.

Ideal location

The flat was ideally located in Belgravia. Easy walks to Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Hyde Park and quick access to bus and tube lines. Lots of space to relax in after a full day out and about.

Great location in quiet, upscale neighborhood

My daughter and I stayed for four nights at this flat and found it met all our needs. I was looking originally at hotels closer to the busy tourist areas and I am glad we chose this flat instead. It gave us plenty of space for relaxing and preparing our own meals. The location is tucked away on a side street off a street with minimal traffic, yet is just a short walk to Tube stations, shops, and restaurants.

We were met by Sadhick who showed us all the features of the flat as well as recommending local shops and restaurants. The flat opens onto a hallway with the living space on the right equiped with TV, Wifi, and two shelves of books. Straight ahead from the front door is the kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances, including a tea kettle, coffee maker, a washer/dryer, and dishwasher. There is a full set of dishes, pots, etc. for making your own meals. We went the first day and purchased mostly breakfast items, as there were already some staples (tea, instant coffee, spices) at the flat. The bathroom also had some supplies and Sadhick brought fresh linens. There is also and iron and hairdryer if needed. The bedroom has ample storage with a dresser and several shelves in the closet as well as hanging space for clothes. The King bed has two pillows and a duvet/comforter but there are additional bed linens in the closet as well as in the living room chest. The bed was okay for comfort (it does have a bit of a slope at the edge and may need replacing soon, but was still comfortable enough for a decent nights sleep).

There is no outdoor space but you can open the windows for cross ventilation. It was a little stuffy when we first arrived, but there were two standing fans if needed. We were in the downstairs, single room flat so you can hear the people above walking around, but it was never so loud that it disturbed us.

Being two females traveling, I found this location, with double entry doors on a side street, to be very safe. We used Uber and Gett (a cab app) to request a car and never waited more than five minutes to be picked up. The only area that felt questionable was right around the bus station next to Victoria Station, but there were always lots of people in the area so it was never too unsettling. On the streets just north of Victoria Station was were we dined at two restaurants which made for a quick walk back to the flat.

I would stay at this location again as well as recommend it to others! Thanks Simon!
