The region around Balgarevo attracts with its unspoiled countryside and one of the most beautiful places on the northern Bulgarian Black Sea coast – the nature and archeological reserve Kaliakra, the picturesque sites with their sandy beaches Bolata, Zelenka, Roussalka, the rocky shores at Kamen Bryag and Tyulenovo, Durankulak and Shabla lakes. The nature and historic reserves Yailata and Kaliakra Cape are just a short car/bike ride away from Levana Guest House.
One of the places worth visiting is the ancient town Balchik with its rich historical heritage, Botanical Garden included in the list of the 100 national tourist sites of Bulgaria and the Balchik Palace.
Via Pontica, the second largest migration route of birds nesting in northeastern Europe, passes in the sky of Bolata, which makes the cove a preferable place for bird watchers from all over the world.
Balgarevo offers the visitors to taste its fresh, delicious and locally grown fruits and vegetables. In August the village celebrates the Melon Festival, where the local growers show their production in an attractive way.
In the vicinity of Levana Guest House there are several restaurants and shops and the mussels farm Dulboka. ATM is available in the village center.
The nearest city to Balagrevo is Kavarna where can be visited several sea view restaurants, the ancient Turkish bathroom “Hamam” which nowadays is a museum, the Old Church, the Ethnographic House. In the city center there are different shops and pharmacy. In summer the city of Kavarna is a center of many festivals.
Golf can be played in the luxurious Thracian Cliffs, BlackSeaRama and Lighthouse Golf which are just 10 minutes drive from Levana Guest House.
Boat and kayak trips are available for those, who want to have an adventure. Rental for sports equipment and other water activities can be arranged on site.
