The best thing about this apartment is the host! Super helpful and very thoughtful. She stocked some staples in the frig, had coffee ready to go for the morning, and stayed up till 11pm to welcome us and answer our questions.

It's in a quiet neighborhood with nearby bakeries and restaurants. The hosts live on the floor above, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings (due to the wood floors creaking as they walk around).

Great place - would definitely stay there again!

Our host, Corrine, was super-accommodating to all of our needs. We were a group of 5 Canadian retirees just starting a holiday in France and Italy. This property in Montreuil was our first stop. Corrine was super helpful with arrival arrangements and advice on transit from Ch de Gaulle airport to the apartment. The property was very clean. A folder was provided with all kinds of instructions, information, restaurants and other local destinations. Even some basic supplies were on hand for us. Corrine met us upon arrival and was available for assistance as needed throughout our stay. At departure, we needed a taxi for 5 people plus our luggage and Corrine was so kind in helping us to reserve a vehicle and see us off. Many thanks, Corrine!

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean. Nice showers with lots of water pressure. Metro was about a 10 minute walk away and there was lots of shopping nearby. Overall, a terrific stay.

Schöne kleine Wohnung im Souterrain. Gute Anbindung durch die Metrolinie 9. Allerdings mit nur 2 statt wie jrreführend angegeben 3 Schlafzimmern ausgestattet.

Nice apartment!!! Very clean and comfortable. The location was far to Paris downtown. Montreuil Metro station is ubicate 800mts (10 minutes). Very close for little restaurants, at night is a little lonely to walk. Horel was very attend and kind, full communication 👍�👍�👍�
