- Disclaimer: The use of a vehicle is required to access this property. Nestled in the hills above Beausoleil, in a rural setting close to the Grima forest, this residence is in a peaceful and secluded residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Please note that there is a steep climb up a narrow, winding road to the property, with limited street lighting. Disclaimer: We would like to stress that this property is not recommended for those without a vehicle due to its isolated location.

Flat l'OLIVIER 33m², Meublés de Tourisme3*, located in the magnificent mas d'Angeline, offers stunning sea views. With a bedroom for 3 people, a living room with sofa bed and open kitchen, you will find all the comfort you need. Ideally located 5 minutes drive from Monaco and 3 km from the Casino de Monte-Carlo, you can enjoy the wonders of the region. Peace and quiet, a communal garden with tables and chairs, and a parking space await you. The property is located in the Mas d'Angeline, an old stone farmhouse comprising 2 other holiday homes and the owner's flat.
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
- Because of the steep gradient, a vehicle is essential to get around the property, which is accessed via a narrow, winding road with a steep gradient.
- The flat is accessed via a set of outside stairs with approximately 68 steps.
- PARKING: We understand the importance of parking during your stay at Mas d'Angeline.
That's why we provide an uncovered parking space on the property, closed by an automatic gate. This space is suitable for standard sized vehicles. Please note that vehicles over 5 metres in length are not permitted to park in the car park. Permitted parking spaces are 2, 3 and 4; spaces 1 and 5 are reserved and must not be used.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- FREE SECURE WIFI: The Landlord provides its tenants with free high-speed access (Wi-Fi) on request, without any guarantee of quality or availability, and the service is offered on an "AS IS/if available" basis. Nestling on the heights of Beausoleil, just 500 metres from Avenue Prince Rainier III, you will enjoy a privileged location. The location is ideal for nature lovers, as it is close to a popular hiking trail called "la Via Alpina". This trail links the Rocher de Monaco with La Turbie, offering great opportunities for hiking and exploring.
What's more, our accommodation is just 1.4 km from Monaco's Avenue Hector Otto, just a 5-minute drive away. This makes it easy to enjoy all of Monaco's attractions and amenities whilst staying in a tranquil and peaceful setting.

These lifts will take you to Avenue Hector Otto where you can catch a bus or other lifts to get around Monaco. To walk from Avenue Hector Otto Monaco to Mas d'Angeline, allow around 19 minutes due to the steep gradient.

Instructions for accessing the accommodation, as well as arrival and departure instructions, will be sent prior to your arrival. All other information is available to guests upon booking. Please note that arrivals are after 5pm and departures before 10am. In order to plan your arrival time, please make an appointment by contacting us, preferably the day before. If you wish to arrive earlier or need more time to prepare before you leave, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate you.

THE STATEMENT OF PREMISES the acceptance of the reservation and the validation of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale that go with the statement of premises. If the tenant notices a lack of equipment or a malfunction, he/she is invited to come forward within 24 hours. If no inventory of fixtures is drawn up, the presumption of good condition (article 1731 of the French Civil Code) applies: the seasonal tenant is presumed to have received the accommodation in good condition and must return it in the same condition when vacating the premises. The Traveller is obliged to use the rented property with due care and attention. The state of cleanliness of the accommodation on the arrival of the Traveller will be recorded in the inventory of fixtures. The cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the Traveller during the rental period. The cleaning fee paid at the time of booking covers the complete cleaning of the accommodation after the departure of the Traveller. The Traveller must, however, return the accommodation free of excessive soiling, with all crockery and cutlery put away and all rubbish taken out and disposed of in the bins located 100m outside the property.The customer will receive the inventory electronically before arrival.

- The Customer undertakes not to modify the premises, the decoration or the arrangement of the furniture.

- The Customer may not object to the inspection of the premises if the owner or his authorised representative so requests, in particular if windows or shutters left open by the Traveller need to be closed urgently in his absence or in order to ascertain any damage reported, or to replace defective appliances. Nor may the owner object to emergency work being carried out on the premises. In all cases, the Owner will notify the Tenant in advance by e-mail or SMS if it becomes necessary to access the accommodation in the absence of the Traveller.

1. Use mosquito repellent on exposed skin.
2. Wear long, light-coloured clothing.

Indoors:
1. Close doors and windows to keep mosquitoes out.
2. Use fans to create a draught to discourage mosquitoes.
3. Use air conditioning to keep the interior cool and dry.

These measures should help you reduce the presence of mosquitoes, but bear in mind that they do not guarantee total protection.

Excellent
Very friendly owners. Accommodation and site in great condition, clean and well kept. Everything was explained clearly to us. We managed to walk into Monaco which took about 25 minutes and back which was a little longer (30 minutes) as up hill but used the elevators which was a great help. Thank you to Ludovic and his wife for a wonderful stay whilst we were there for the Formula 1. We will definitely be staying again. Merci beaucoup
